Student Learning Outcomes

• Students completing CHLD 75 - Supervising Adults in Early Childhood Settings will be able to Identify effective leadership methods and develop techniques for supporting and developing professional growth consistent with the philosophy and cultural climate of the early childhood program.
• CHLD 75 students will develop and apply self-reflection strategies to enhance leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem- solving skills
